The Prekindergarten classes at the Heartworks School in Shelburne presented their Winter Performance on Tuesday December 14th at Shelburne Commons.  Directed by music teacher, Ellie Tetrick, each class presented songs and a poem for their families and friends.  They also had a “special” visitor at the conclusion of their performance. The Mother of the Fairy Tale brought each child the gift of a golden heart to take with them as a remembrance of their special evening.  The children were so happy to meet her, to sing her song and to have a picture with her after the performance. Each day at school, the children remember her when they hear a “Story By Heart” told by their classroom teacher at the end of each morning. It was a magical and fun filled evening for all.
