In early December, the children in Heather Trombley's Prekindergarten class at Heartworks in Burlington celebrated the culmination of their extended study of the work of author Eric Carle with an "Author's Breakfast."  Each child's book was written and illustrated in the style of Eric Carle. The breakfast was held in their classroom for their families and friends.  The class prepared food for everyone to enjoy while each child presented their book.  The event was well attended by friends and families, with everyone enjoying the creative work the children had done.
