Enrollment at the Heartworks and Renaissance Schools
Children are accepted on a first come, first served basis. We do not exclude any family on the basis of race, religion, or financial status.
The first step is to fill out the application. You can download the enrollment packets from this page, or the drop down menu at the upper left hand side of the page. You may also call our Enrollment Director, Kelly Libby, at (802) 985-2153 and request materials. Please feel free to contact Kelly if you have any questions or concerns about the enrollment process. Once you have completed the application and included the appropriate deposit please mail your materials to:

Once your application has been received, you will receive one of the following two letters in the mail.
If we have space available for the time you have requested, you will receive an Enrollment Agreement that will confirm your schedule. Once we have received your Enrollment Agreement the application process is complete.
If we do not have space available for the time in which you are interested, you will receive a letter explaining your options as well as a return of your initial deposit. In any case, we will keep your child's application on file and contact you if space becomes available.
At anytime in this process you may schedule a tour. This is an opportunity to see the school, meet the director and teachers and observe our classrooms when children are present. If you would like to schedule a tour please call the Enrollment Director, Kelly Libby, at (802) 985-2153.
