We want to celebrate current seventh-grader, Emily Foster, for completing the NaNoWriMo Young Writing Project. NaNoWriMo stands for National November Writing Month, where people are challenged to write a 50,000-word novel in the Month of December. The Young Writers Project allows 17-and-under participants to set reasonable, yet challenging, individual word-count goals. But Emily decided to meet the adult goal, so cranked out a complete 50,000-word novel in the month of November! It is quite an accomplishment. Kudos to Emily!
