Heartworks Classrooms
Every day children receive loving kindness, respect and compassion as they explore new and developing skills to expand their minds, strengthen their bodies, inspire a love of discovery in a calm, caring, and clean environment. With a focus on customized learning, activities are modified to meet the needs of each individual child. We fundamentally believe that every child is unique and our program is designed to embrace and celebrate these extraordinary differences. Read below to learn about our classrooms and age groups.
Infants - 6 weeks through 11 months
Welcome to the world, new friend! From the outset, Heartworks infant classrooms foster an environment of loving care, safety, comfort, and security while guiding each child towards and through their developmental milestones.
One Year Olds
One-year-olds are ready to move, explore, discover as they develop their gross motor skills, enhance their senses and begin their language development. We will be with them every step of the way with attentiveness and encouragement for increasing their confidence.
Two Year Olds
Through a combination of personalized instruction and small group time, we will provide guidance and encouragement for the two-year-olds as they broaden their motor skills, expand their language development along with gaining social and emotional skills leading towards their independence.
Three Year Olds
We honor and inspire the incredible connections preschoolers will make between themselves and the world around them. Children will enjoy learning alongside other children in small groups, engaging in themed discussions and hands-on learning activities. Their intellectual, social, emotional, motor, and life skills will positively expand throughout their preschool years. *Some classrooms may have three through five-year-olds learning together in a preschool class.
Pre-Kindergarten - Four and Five Year Olds
Pre-kindergartners continue to discover the joy of learning while also gaining an academic head start learning through hands-on discoveries using their heart and mind. Our pre-kindergarteners leave well-prepared for Kindergarten with pre-reading, writing, math, science, and outstanding social, problem-solving, and life skills. Through our Character Development program, pre-kindergarteners will be on a path of displaying respect and compassion towards all living creatures leading towards being a world citizen.
Summer Camp Programs
Just because school’s out for summer doesn't mean that the learning needs to stop! Heartworks and STEAMworks summer programs take advantage of all the season has to offer. Give your child the opportunity to have a summer they’ll never forget!
