The Enrollment Process
Applications are accepted on an on-going basis. Applications are accepted two to three years in advance of the year in which you may want your child to start. We do not exclude any family on the basis of race, religion, or financial status; preference is given to those families who have had previous children with us and who have fulfilled all of their previous financial obligations.
The first step is to fill out the application. Click on the application for the program you are interested in, fill in the information and click submit. Shortly after your application has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming that we received it.
Formal enrollment notices are sent to new families in December for the following school year. During that month, you will receive one of two email messages:
If we have space available for the time and location you have requested, you will receive an Enrollment Agreement that will confirm your schedule. Once we have received your Enrollment Agreement along with your enrollment deposit, the application process is complete.
If we are unable to offer you space for the time in which you are interested, you will receive a letter to let you know. We will keep your child's application on file and contact you if we are able to offer you space at a later date.
At any time in this process you may schedule a tour. This is an opportunity to see the school, meet the School Director and observe our classrooms with children present.
If you are seeking information regarding financial assistance, please contact the Private School Aid Service.
Please note: Each year, from November 1 until February 1 of the following year, the Private School Aid Service does not accept new applications. If you have any questions about this, please contact them directly.
Our school code is 2185.
